All awhile Thanksgiving has just been another event I greet around people for the arrival of another event. But after getting a thanksgiving message from a precious dongsaeng of mine, I really felt the spirit and meaning Thanksgiving. From now on, I will be grateful of this coming event and celebrate it with appreciation. With that said, I felt the urge of expressing my own thanksgiving message here, to everyone - friends or visitors that support me.

A lot has been happening this year for me, but despite ups and downs coming like waves, I'm grateful, because I believe God give them to me to build me to be a tougher and stronger person to face the later working society and the future.

I'm thankful to my family... I have two loving brothers whom we may fight at times, but laughs it out in the end, and that no matter where I go I just wanna get a piece of souvenir since they couldn't join in the fun. And not forgetting my parents whom are the most perfect parents I can ever have. Although our family isn't wealthy, they tried their best to keep us happy and without worries, and also to provide us with the best quality stuff for us as well as giving us support in advice in whatever we face. I can't wish for a better family in the world.

I'm thankful to my best friend... We may be pretty opposite with each other that we sometimes don't click and get me pissed on explaining, but although she isn't good with words, she's there to listen to me or just be there for me anytime I need her. Like she said, we're inseparable gummies. Even with our loads of friends surrounding us, we can always count on each other for anything. I'm thankful of the way she see me as her best friend as I do to her.

I'm thankful to all the friends I made so far, both online and reality.... all along my friends had never failed to treat me sincerely and be there to support me. My friends are one of the biggest treasure of my life as I always said. So far I have never had bad friends and I thank God for his kindness in this. I love and appreciate every single one of my friends. Although I might not be able to keep in contact with them much, but I'm thankful when I do talk to them, they freelytreat me like we had contacted all these while.

I'm thankful to DBSK... for because of the strong love for them I became conscious of the music and media industry. To seek more about them I bought chinese magazine and soon started translating the content of their interviews for a Malaysian Cassiopeia group in imeem, which soon turned forum to accommodate more members.

I'm thankful to the Malaysian Cassiopeian Forum.... for with their existence I made lots of new friends, and got my own MC family. Although the gatherings were few, but I enjoyed each and every one of them and meet all the lovely cassies of the forum. From there is where I also started becoming more active in photoshopping. And from translating some fics I found interesting in the chinese magazine I have, I started having the thoughtof writing my own fanfic as well and slowly found my way to the fanfic world.

I'm thankful to the girl that gave me a chance to make her poster and gave me the chance to be a graphic designer... I known about her when she was the one reviewing my unnie's story and she saw a talent in me when she noticed my unnie's poster and soon offered me a job as GD in a site. I was hesitant, but accepting that offer was one of the best thing that ever happened in my life. How I met so many talented people all around the requesting sites and expanded my passion for photoshopping. She was one really one of the best people I ever known in my life and honored that were friends with.

I'm thankful to that girl that had the first internet scandal with me... Although it was really hurtful experience that she was actually two-faced me, I was glad that I found out there's actually so many people concerning and supporting me. Despite the pain she brought me, she made me closer to my precious dongsaeng. Our bond became stronger when she never left me despite how I doubted her words before and it makes me really appreciate her existence in my life and really want to be there to support her as much as I could. And from this scandal that I known... 'her'... more closely.

I'm thankful to the girl that approached me to comfort me and be there for me when I was suffering the painful trauma of the internet scandal. She shared a lot of things with me and I got to know more about Suju and the other artists around. I became more aware of the kpop industry other than my beloved DBSK. But due to my unconscious attachment to her, I had to lost her, and it was a pain way beyond the pain of betrayal from BC. Despite the lost of her and another good friend, I gained more friends. I found 2 new families that could be there to support me as I could support them. I found who were my true friends that stick to me no matter what. I found to value more of the friends that stood by me through both these pain.

I'm thankful for the tears I shed for the past month... because those tears show how much I love and appreciate the friend of mine. I would be hating myself if I could just so easily let go of her and leave, because that would mean she isn't really a friend to me but just someone to talk to. Although it was really painful for me to lose a friend, I hope to cry again not from missing her, but from cherishing the good memories I had. Those tears are also shed from how grateful and thankful I am to all the supports of people around me, the tears are definitely not wasted.

I'm thankful of the depression I had for the past month... for with that depression I started thinking a lot and try to figure things out. It even brought some of my friends closer to me, and make me appreciate and love the friends around me more and more. God had shown to me how strong of a friend support system I have, and I'm thankful for that. God had given me a strong obstacle to surpass in my life yet kept the mattress of friendship below so I won't fall down too badly. He had in his own way, gave me kindness enough to pass his harsh lessons upon my life for me to learn.

Thanksgiving...

A season to forgive and forget...

No human is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes and should all be given a second chance.

I'm wiping away the internet scandal with this entry. I hope after so long, she had come to realization that the internet world isn't all fun and games. Not everyone put a mask on to make friends on the internet, there are really people truly showing their true selves and sincerely treating friends.

To all my friends out there reading this...

Action speaks louder than words but words are all I can say now. I can never express how much each of you mean to me in my life. Don't try to ask me to pick or rank my friends because they all are equally important to me, they are all my life, the formation of my heart.

Thank you for being a part of my life, a portion of my time that will never be consider wasted. Thank you for hearing all my sorrows and pain, yet show all your laughter and smile to bring me up again. Thank you for all your harsh and blunt words. To me they don't show pain or hurt but only the deepest concern, for you guys care about me so much to accept me despite how much I'm lacking and never leaving me, while trying your best, even in the harshest way, to improve me to a better person. Don't be afraid to hurt me. For nothing hurts me more than you guys keeping things you're unhappy about me till you exploded and have to leave me. Even if it's harsh, I will accept any truth. A true friendship has no problem that can't be solved and no feelings that can't be laid out.

I may not be the best person... probably one of the worst or one of the most lacking in the world, but I still wanna be there for each of you, even just a tiny strength compared tothe pack you had, I wanna be someone useful and someone you guys can depend on as well. So don't hesitate to find me if you need a shoulder to lean on or just a helping ear.

The mistakes I made so far... it will be accumulated lessons of my life for a better future.

Lastly a thank you for the visitors that comes visiting my blog. Thank you for showing concern in my life. I'm grateful for your every visit. I hope in time, I will get to know each of you more and do my very best to support and be there for you as well.

Today is the birthday of a person that was once a special part of my life.

A person that was the first to bully me so terribly, but then I found out it was just his way to get my attention.

A person that would act all tough in front of everyone but can be the sweetest and most mushy person when its just the two of us.

A person that can go over the edge to make me cry and tear from frustration but stands up bravely and cheers me on when I was bullied even very mildly by someone else.

A person that brought me laughter, tears, anger, frustration, and just about every emotions possible.

A person that made me felt loved and pampered from all his mushy phone calls in the morning and messages throughout each day.

A person that made this short first relationship experience of mine felt like a fantasy you can only find from those drama you watched on TV. A love to be cherished forever although its no longer in my grasp.

Although I can't wish you personally. I hope my sincere wishes can still reach you in some way.

I apologize to everyone, my readers especially, for the long pause right now on all my stories. I need more time to get back that spark of enthusiasm I have back then when I first started writing fanfic. I guess after all that happened, I really drained myself too much and just don't want to be too devoted to the fanfic world at the moment. I promise to still make the updates but it will be slower than usual. You have the right to be mad at me, I won't blame you. I just don't think forcing myself to make the updates will bring a good story for your enjoyment. Sorry. *bows*

I suppose to make this notice a long time ago but only find the time(and determination) to do it now.

I am sure most of you may be wondering why I seem to disappear lately, not replying to any messages dropped in my tagboard and not updating any of my stories in winglin. Well, now I am here to official announce that I, Phebs will be on a year hiatus. You heard me, A YEAR, which means everything(writing stories and graphic designing) will be on hold until July 2011(next year)

Please don't be alarmed by this. I am now at my final(and crucial) stage of my studies now so all attention will have to be put to it. No more slacking off and fooling about now. So although it is hard for me to make this decision, I have to do so. I understand that my skills (writing or graphic designing) will definitely be rust out by then and everyone will probably not remember me anymore after that. But for those who are still willing to wait for me to continue my stories when I get back, I thank you all dearly.

A year is not really a long time, yet it's not short so I am sure you will probably forget how do my stories go anyway. I am truly sorry for not being able to complete them before I go off on my hiatus. As most of you may know(if you been keeping in touch with me), a lot have happened to disrupt my progress. But it's my own fault for not being able to cope with the changes and provide you my best. *bows*

Well, with that said. Summing up everything, Phebs will be on a one-year hiatus from this moment onward. It may be good in a way that I take a break and freshen up on inspiration. Hopefully when I am back and new, I will still have people still anticipating and looking forward to my work. If unfortunately there isn't.... I guess this is a forever goodbye and I won't make the comeback. I am sorry if it have to come to that.

I will really TRULY miss everyone when I am away. Thank you so much for the support you have given me so far. I hope to keep contact with you all as often as I can. See you guys again soon enough. *waves*

I've been having a really rough weekend. I got a dose of how it feels to get stab in the front and back. How a person that you support and think of so nicely, a person that was your happy-pill, keeping you up and bright whenever she is around, can suddenly turn a 360 degrees at you and show her true colors. If you are wondering who I mean here, the person I meant was Tiffany a.k.a BLACKCHERRY. I think those that browse around in winglin often (especially BoJoong fans) will know her for her rated fanfics.

How I began associating with her was from being drawn by her pretty posters. Then I find her writings pretty good. *despite them being rated* So I went to support her and joined BJF. When she needed poster help, I offer my assistance, and soon got attached to her that I got brainwashed by her 'kindness and attachment', encouraging me to like BoJoong pairing and encourage me to write the pairing. I was so silly. My dongsaeng(From...With-Love/JaE-LoVe) had problems with her as well that made her life a living hell. She warned me about BLACKCHERRY just using me and silly me took it lightly. I heard rumors about her talking bad about me behind me but I choose to not believe it and believe her. She soon ask me to be admin in her forum and I did, taking the opportunity, I help my dongsaeng to collect back her stuff from the forum by unbanning her. Soon I got my punishment stabbed me harder than I can ever expected.

Yesterday, she was just greeting me nicely like before when she suddenly burst saying she was pissed at people copying her writing style, and she soon reveal to me that she meant me and Scandalous(another BoJoong writer). She accused us of copying her wording and structure. She then say people are dumb at internet, that they can't be expect to tell the truth. I thought she meant she was thinking I wasn't telling the truth but then this is what she said - 'Wow! You are so slow. It's the other way around. To tell the truth... Me and shipperr has always find you arrogant, acting like a know-it-all judging our work. Who do you think you are to judge our work? Take care.' With that I have the harsh reality of how she really felt about me burst to my face. I decided to quit from the forum once and for all, leaving notice in each of my stories there that I am leaving the forum for unforeseeable reason. I still didn't want the people at BJF to know the side of her that I know so I didn't state the reason for my leave. But I still wanted to check back till this weekend for any of the readers comment on my leave, see if they are requesting for any of my help to contact me again. Then I have another strike to my face the next day.

This is my conversation with her today. I might not be able to get everything but it is majority there, especially the exact words she used:

Well, that's all of them. You can choose to believe me or not. But I can say I never made up anything in the convo and the encounter up there. The words may not be the exact use since I deleted the convo with her already and only told some to my dongsaeng. But the meaning and everything is there.

I am completely disappointed with this person and don't want her in any part of my life ever again. I am just sharing my experience here hopping people won't get hurt by her ever again. There are a few people out there that is a victim of her fakeness(But I can't list them down since it is without their permission) Anyway, I let you be the judge of the matter. Firstly...

Hehe. Was suppose to post this entry yesterday when I got back from college, but the internet company gave me a 'gift' for Christmas - my internet was cut off (due to my parent late payment of the bill :P) So I can only do it now that it is resumed back. XP

Just some personal blogging from me XD... I have won silver award on BJF Xmas Fanfic Challenge. Yay! My lame story actually won me an award. XP Hehe, you can check out the award in my 'Gift' section. Anyone interested in reading it can check it out in Bojoong Fever. Or does anyone want me to post the story here in my story blog? Just let me know. ^^ And I finally finished collecting my 'Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle' manga. (Bought the last book yesterday during christmas shopping) Another good news for me! :D

Anyway, I have a bad news to announce to my readers. I will have to put all my on-going long fic (POAPAGTTF & HTW) on hiatus till after 25th January 2010 when my finals end. I haven't been studying lately so I have to really put my time and focus fully to my revision or I won't be able to pass my papers. ><

Hey all! I am back to post another entry. It's been long since I updated an entry here.

I just received an email from Lost Shadow today about the result of the graphic challenge held by them a while ago. Honored enough, I won awards for most of the categories I joined (2 golds and 1 silver) *applaud* If you want to see the awards, they are posted in the 'Gift' section. A very slight disappoint that I didn't won any for one of them but the participant's works were really more remarkable than me and their quotes were more genuine and unique than me just copy and past from a song lyrics. :P Congrats to the other winners!! They really deserve it for their magnificent masterpiece. I just have to work harder to improve my graphic skills. Uhm! :D

Oh! As I was writing this entry, I remembered that another few more days will be the 3rd month anniversary of this story blog - 24th. Yay! *throws confetti* Well, I couldn't prepare anything to celebrate the occasion. So I will be make something to celebrate at its half year anniversary instead. :D

Hi everyone! It's been long since I last post an entry here. My dongsaeng tells me that the halloween gifts were freaking her out so I will do a little updating as I post up a new entry.

First of all, I joined a graphic challenge from a site named MySensation about a month back and recently the result was out. I won awards for most of the category. Yay! Congrats to the other participants as well!! You can check my awards in the 'Gift' section.

I haven't been updating POAPAGTTF and Her Transparent Wings recently. I apologize greatly to my readers as the ideas for AETMYFTSOY (An Eye through My Heart, For the Sight of You) just came in wildly. That story is about to finish soon then I will be back to updating the other 2 fics. I promise! *cross my heart*

Anyway, although I am unable to update POAPAGTTF, Weird enough (XD) I have created another fic called "An Eye through My Heart, for the Sight of You" LOL, another freaking long title. Now for some updates:

I have updated another chapter of Her Transparent Wings yesterday and wanted to update Painting of A Past, A Gift to the Future today but Winglin has been down on me all day. I am so sorry to all my readers of POAPAGTTF. I promise to DEFINITELY post the update when I get back this weekend.

A great news... Her Transparent Wings has finally got its trailer!!! Yay!! All credit & thanks goes to ShadowYin. The trailer is gorgeous girl! I love it a lot! ^^

I will be updating the trailer to the 'Summaries' Section and there will be another story to be added to the list. A treat to all BoJoong lovers out there cuz its gonna feature Jaejoong X BoA pairing. Hope I will get some support on it when I post the story.

Lastly, another section will be added to the navigation bar. I will be opening a 'Gift' section to put all these lovely birthday gifts in and also display some awards I have gotten/will be getting from challenges I join. I am thinking about putting freebies in as well. Like some wallpapers or icons or even banner tribute of my stories. How about that? Does that sound good? You can use it to show support to my fics and even help me promote around. ^^ Oh, and readers and visitors are also free to contribute to them. :D * Phebs is looking too highly on herself, as if people would like her stories to the extend of wanting to use the tribute graphics that will be available. :P *

Its a good use of colour, they're very (electric?) and it's just a good use of colour, texture and imagry.

The font is very good, it's clear and I like the gradation you've used on the quote.
Credits are a bit strange, however, perhaps placing them together either near the title, or at the bottom.

I like the images that you have chosen for this, they suit the modo and you've blended them really well.

It's very clear, very nice and simply. Mm... I do have a thing against the paper edges thing (paper hole binders in general)

Very strong colours used here, the black and white seem rather intense, but good for the graphic.
The light dashes of colour, especially when using reflective colour makes it look really professional.

The quote (although lovely) is a bit hard to read, perhaps the blur (?) effect or the font used,
however I suppose if you had used any other font it wouldnt have looked as good.
The credits are wonderfully done, and just nice overall.

I like the images you've used, you've been able to find a good image of Jae to use, as well as the added details,
of the chains and camera.
Very good use of stock images and blending.

Very bold use of colour here, you've managed to use very strong shades of blue and black.
It's very effective with the choice of images, that you've used to blend.

The title font leaves a lot to be desired, it looks very boring and a bit... odd, like it was handwritten.
For the mood of the poster, I sort of expected a more fanficul or elegant font to be used.
The quote font however is very nice.

Very good use of character images, they look so intense!
and the way that you've been able to use them with the liquid in the wine
just looks amazing.

It is overall a nice layout, the main problem is the font for the title.
If this had been changed then maybe the entire poster would have looked a bit more coherent.

You've used really bright colours for this, it really does make it seem like a colourful and happy piece. You've also used the lighting effects, or background textures rather well, because it just helps draw your eye to focal points, such as the characters.
As well as this, the same sort of colour combination of yellow, orange, red and white is used around the graphic, which creates a unity around the graphic, and doesn't look mismatched.

~Font [3/3]
You've used really good font for this, and because you've used black and white on a poster that is mainly bright and colourful, you've drawn attention to the words. This also makes it clearer to see what the words are and is a main focal point.
The use of the colour black also helps intensify the words, and because you've used a mainly simple font, you didn't go over the top with the style. It helps it create an elegant mood when you just use simple fonts, and with the colour of it as well, it just looks really simple and clean.
There aren't any quotes on this graphic, which is wonderful because I think quotes would have been more difficult to place here. However, the credits are wonderful because you've added it as your own signature that is unique to your designs.
~Image Suitability [3/3]
You've used great images for this, all the characters have a sort of relaxed face and appearance so it helps show that it will be a very relaxed, probably romantic storyline. As mentioned before you've also added the hue of yellow, orange, red and white amongst the images, so this just creates a unity that blends together wonderfully.
Speaking of blending, you've done a great job with it in this graphic, especially how you've made it appear like a puzzle but still made it look like each image blended into each other.

~Overall layout [3/3]
The overal layout is really well done, you've managed to combine all the images, the textures, font and colours really well so that it doesn't look cluttered and overbearing to the overall graphic.
It's usually difficult to work with so many characters, especially when you're trying to convey an overall mood, but you've managed to make the most of the choices you had, and you've finished it very creatively and uniquely.

You've used very simple colours here; beige and yellow, and you can't really go wrong with it when you use it with texture such as the one that you've used. You've also created highlights with white textures and such, which just makes it look really clean, neat and bright.
With these colours you've also matched the little sign that you've added there, and also the straw image/texture that you've added near Changmin's image. Everything really matches together well, and it's got the same sort of theme in the entire graphic.

~Font [2.5/3]
The font is simple, and it does match the graphic. However, to draw more attention to the text you could have used a darker colour, or perhaps a different colour, but then again if you chose to do this, it would draw attention away from the main image, and deviate away from the style you've got going.
Or perhaps you could have used a white, or black and changed it to a [screen] or [soft light] resolution and see how that could have worked out, because it does look good, you could have just made it stand out a bit more with some well placed light or a different font colour.
~Image Suitability [2/3]
I love changming, really I do. However you can't really see him that well, as the texture that you've used with the straw obscures main image of himself. Perhaps if you had used the texture at a different opacity or used a different texture itself it would have blended in better.
In saying that, I mentioned that you use white section, to create the effect of light, and you could have done this instead of the straw. The other alternative is to choose a differnet image of Changmin, that could have suited the image better.
Such as a full face shot, that could have been blended into the circle that you've got him in. This way you've still got Changmin there, but you've just made him more the focal point, because really... we're just here to look at him. *wink*

~Overall layout [2.5/3]
You've done well with the layout, it's a happy birthday banner, and you've managed to show this in the layout and text used. The use of the label, with the string really adds another dimension to the graphic, with the texture.
As mentioned before, the image could have been altered a bit to show a bit more of Changmin, and to just help create a clearer focal point, as at the moment, the focal point is the label.

You've used a lot of contrasting colours here, from the brown all the way to the electric blue/green/yellow on the butterfly. The way that you've used the lighting effects on the butterfly as well, just looks wonderful.
It looks really simple, clean and you've been able to balance the texture well with the white background and the image of Minho, as you've not kept Minho in just black and white, but in a brown hue.

~Font [3/3]
For just the font, you've managed to do a well job with choosing it, it's simple and plain and it's just on the borderline of the white/colour section. You've not opted to colour the 'Choi Minho' section of the font, which is a good choice as if you had done the text in black it would have been distracting and not looked as appealing.
~Image Suitability [3/3]
You've chosen a great full image of Minho here, and you've also repeated the image on the top right hand corner. This helps create a fluency in the graphic, because you didn't change the image, you've used the same one, and in doing that it doesn't create confusion with the layout.

~Overall layout [3/3]
You've used an excellent use of colour and texture here, you've done an incredible job with the colour and just the placement of the images. It looks really coherent and I think you've done an amazing job with this wallpaper.

You don't really have a problem with fonts, it's just on the occassion that you need to choose different colours or font, or use a different style for it [soft light] etc.
